10 Ways You May Be Hurting Your Heart

(& the physical issues that can arise from it.)

Your heart represents your centre of love and security. Not loving your own heart can create physical as well as emotional problems. If you have squeezed all the joy out of your life and therefore your heart, in favour of money, position or other worldly things, you are doing yourself no favours in the health or happiness stakes!

 

10 Ways You May Be Hurting Your Heart

  • Difficulty in forgiving yourself or others.
  • Hardening your heart emotionally against someone or a situation.
  • Holding on to fear.
  • Holding resentment or hurt.
  • Not expressing your feelings of compassion.
  • Violating the laws of love by not expressing what is truly in your heart.
  • Trying to escape from your responsibilities.
  • Withholding love, from yourself or others.
  • Remaining in a relationship that hurts.
  • Refusing to receive love.

The upper back represents the reverse side of your heart. So if you are hurting your heart, you may well also be carrying fear, irritation, anger, resentment and frustration in your upper back, which creates back pain.

What Your Body Wants To Hear Affirmations For Upper Back Pain

 

If you suffer from emotional or physical heart or upper back issues, give some thought as to whether you are carrying any of the above emotional issues. It’s my guess, you will have one or more of them going on.

If any of these issues feel familiar, the fastest and best way to heal them is to make loving your own heart your first priority.
