20 Emotional Issues Directly Linked To Knee Pain

If you are suffering from knee pain, energy blockages or traumatic emotions might not spring to mind as being linked to it. But ask yourself if you have any of these worries or fears.  I think you’ll be surprised!

  • Stubborn ego and pride.
  • Inability to bend.
  • Fear.
  • Inflexibility.
  • Won’t give in.
  • Fear of change of life direction.
  • Lack of ease of movement.
  • Unable to be flexible.
  • Not wanting to bend, usually to authority.
  • Ego gets in the way.
  • Pride gets in the way.

Left Knee

  • Needs to be more receptive to life experiences.
  • Insecurity.
  • Unresolved stress.

Right Knee

  • Need to be more assertive.
  • Not wanting to give in to authority.
  • Conflict.
  • Moving in a direction you don’t want to, but you go anyway.
  • Spiritual turmoil.
  • Conflict over no longer being physically able to do something you used to be able to do.

If you recognise that you have some of these issues, congratulations! You have taken the first step towards understanding the message your knee pain has for you. Our bodies hold the secrets of what is really going on in our lives and they let us know in the only way they can; by manifesting pain.

What Your Body Wants To Hear Knee Pain Testimonial

You have now taken the first step towards healing your knee pain. There are many therapies that can help you. An Emotional Freedom Practitioner can help you unlock and clear the emotional roots of pain as can many other energy therapists.

People report amazing results, reducing pain levels and even getting pain free, using the What Your Body Wants To Hear  guided meditations. I believe that is because they are specially designed to target and clear the emotional issues known to cause or contribute to knee pain and stiffness.

I no longer have knee pain! I listened to the Support the knees 3 times and I no longer have knee pain! In fact there was a significant difference after the first listen. I have torn meniscus in both knees and don’t want to have the surgery. I still don’t want the pain. It’s pretty amazing however. Ms. F.L.
It has helped my knees immensely. I bought your body wants to hear, support your knees, and surprisingly for me, it has helped my knees immensely, making most of the pain go away. I try to listen to it everyday. Because of a bad accident, my left knee hurt either a little or a lot every day. Since listening to your affirmations, it either hasn’t hurt or it hurts just a little. SO thank you very much. ~ Mr T.F.
Your meditation worked really fast! I want to say thanks again for making the knee meditation. I really have done a lot of different treatments, and I have Western treatment on it, and your meditation worked really fast! I had read some of the testimonials, and I was scared that although one person said it worked within three listens, and the others were positive, I was scared it wouldn’t have the same affect on me. But I was very happy and surprised that it did. T
My knee pain went away! Fabulous results when combined with E.F.T. Tapping. Highly recommended. Ms R.D.

It sounds like me. I dislocated my left knee in 1980, tore anterior and posterior ligament .Never repaired. I rehabilitated myself. Made due with my limitations, have arthritis now. Walk everyday. Wear braces when walking and take naproxen

      Hi Thomas,
I am so sorry to hear this. If I were you, I’d look for a good Emotional Freedom Technique practitioner to work on all the emotions you must have around what was going on in your life back in 1980, how you felt about the injury and how you feel about having to live with the pain and discomfort. Bless you,

How very interesting. If I was you, I’d look for a good Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner to help you discover the root cause of your knee problems.

          Very best of luck,

I feel that any comment will be answered by: “oh… (sense of connection with the problem and then…) so go and see an Emontional Freedom Technique Practitioner”

Nothing against making money out of this but, it just becomes part of the same money making only caring for, business.

      Hello Nadia,
I am not sure why you would anticipate the answer to a question which was not asked.

I give all my affirmation transcripts freely to anyone who cares to use them. There are over 2,500 free healing affirmations on this site. I answer specific questions responsibly and to the best of my ability given that it is a public forum and I am not privy to personal circumstances and in depth details. I have no idea why you would think this was in any way a purely money making operation.

Barbara has been a dear friend for many years. I know her primary motivation in doing this work is to simply be of service to others in any way she can.

Because someone makes money from a service they provide to the public does not mean it
“becomes part of the same money making only caring for, business.” They deserve to be compensated for the time, energy and love they put into providing their services.

The commenter made a pretty harsh assessment of what is truly a much-needed and valuable healing service that Barbara provides. And, as she points out, she often provides that service at no cost.
