My knee pain, of 6 months or more which I had put down to a torn cartilage, cleared up during very first listening to your knee mp3. Very impressive! You know, I’ve often tried affirmations for different things in the past but nothing worked til I tried your one. The great thing about using them for something physical, as opposed to purely emotional, is that it gives you something tangible to measure the results against.

Am using your mp3 for the Neck at the moment, and it seems to be dragging up buried emotion. The optimist in me says that’s a good sign!” Graham Weeks. 6th June 2018

“I bought your body wants to hear, support your knees, and surprisingly for me, it has helped my knees immensely, making most of the pain go away. I try to listen to it everyday. Because of a bad accident, my left knee hurt either a little or a lot every day. Since listening to your affirmations, it either hasn’t hurt or it hurts just a little. SO thank you very much”. ~ Mr T.

I came across the healing for your knees while I was recovering from knee replacement surgery. It was so helpful to me because physical therapy seemed to aggressively follow the numbers while I intuited that I needed a deeper connection to heal. Thank you for these wonderful meditations! ~Lorri Peterson

I listened to the Support the knees 3 times and I no longer have knee pain! In fact there was a significant difference after the first listen. I have torn meniscus in both knees and don’t want to have the surgery. I still don’t want the pain. It’s pretty amazing however”. Ms. F.L.

“I want to say thanks again for making the knee meditation. I really have done a lot of different treatments, and I have Western treatment on it, and your meditation worked really fast! I had read some of the testimonials, and I was scared that although one person said it worked within three listens, and the others were positive, I was scared it wouldn’t have the same affect on me. But I was very happy and surprised that it did”. Mr T.F.

My knee pain went away! Fabulous results when combined with E.F.T. Tapping. Highly recommended”. Ms R.D.

“Thank you Barbara Clark. I was introduced to your affirmations by a crystal healer on the Big Island of Hawaii in 2016. They have truly been life saving. I now use them in combination with reiki energy for my husband. He had partial knee replacements in 2014 and was still suffering with daily swelling. After a few weeks of your meditations – the swelling went away, rarely comes back!!!” Ms V.M.P. 28th March 2018

Your audio for Knees has helped immensely Hi Barbara, I’ve been meaning to send you feedback on your audio for Knees you kindly shared with me, but it’s been a tad hectic here. Anyway, how would something like this work for you – Your audio for Knees has helped immensely during a particularly difficult time of upheaval I’ve been experiencing recently, requiring major change, letting go, & readjustment in my life.

With a background childhood knee injury, followed by continuing flares ups during my life, I came to realize & understand the emotional causes of knee pain. Your audio came along just at the right time to be integrated into an important part of my two-pronged approach – helping the key emotional base causes, together with an alkaline/anti-inflammatory diet. The audio is soothing, calming, balancing & re-aligning… & goes to the core of Self-Love, which is such an important part of this area. Thank You Barbara for your wonderful work”. Kathy Baker.

It sounds like me. I dislocated my left knee in 1980, tore anterior and posterior ligament .Never repaired. I rehabilitated myself. Made due with my limitations, have arthritis now. Walk everyday. Wear braces when walking and take naproxen

      Hi Thomas,
I am so sorry to hear this. If I were you, I’d look for a good Emotional Freedom Technique practitioner to work on all the emotions you must have around what was going on in your life back in 1980, how you felt about the injury and how you feel about having to live with the pain and discomfort. Bless you,
      Love,
      Barbara

I feel that any comment will be answered by: “oh… (sense of connection with the problem and then…) so go and see an Emontional Freedom Technique Practitioner”

Nothing against making money out of this but, it just becomes part of the same money making only caring for, business.

      Hello Nadia,
I am not sure why you would anticipate the answer to a question which was not asked.

I give all my affirmation transcripts freely to anyone who cares to use them. There are over 2,500 free healing affirmations on this site. I answer specific questions responsibly and to the best of my ability given that it is a public forum and I am not privy to personal circumstances and in depth details. I have no idea why you would think this was in any way a purely money making operation.

      Sincerely,
      Barbara

Barbara has been a dear friend for many years. I know her primary motivation in doing this work is to simply be of service to others in any way she can.

Because someone makes money from a service they provide to the public does not mean it
“becomes part of the same money making only caring for, business.” They deserve to be compensated for the time, energy and love they put into providing their services.

The commenter made a pretty harsh assessment of what is truly a much-needed and valuable healing service that Barbara provides. And, as she points out, she often provides that service at no cost.

Hi, I just wanted to add my experience for anyone it may help. I developed knee pain during a relationship with a widower, and realised I was suffering from crippling jealousy of his late wife.
I hadn’t seen the phrase “crippling jealousy” used regarding the metaphysics behind knee problems anywhere else when I searched, so I offer it here.
        Warmly,
        Kirsten

What a fantastic insight! Thank you very much for sharing your experience. I am sure it will help others very much. I offer free affirmations for Jealousy here on my site and am currently working on creating downloadable affirmation PDFs. I’ll do Jealousy next and it should be available in the next few days.

    Hello Barbara,
It was good to read your views on knee pain and underlying emotional causes. I am suffering from left knee pain since past month. I was attributing it to recent starting exercises and my weight.
The angle you mentioned is also worth pondering.
Will require your assistance in healing my knee.

    my right knee is aching!!!

I am living in an emotional rollercoaster at present dealing with a very intense relationship that is affecting all areas of my life. My spiritual and empathetic side says be kind and see the light but my soul is drowning and I don’t think i’m listening to my intuition.

How do I know if it’s my mind or heart speaking?

Maybe I said it all right there but I’m lost and looking for guidance.

      Dear Bobby,
My heart goes out to you. Firstly, if you are in any physical danger – get help or get away. There is nothing spiritual about trying to love ‘enough’ to heal a dangerous person. Assuming that is not the case, the strong language you use suggests you know the answer deep down but I know the struggle to work out if it’s your heart or mind speaking. I went through a similar struggle once which left me almost unable to walk when there was nothing ‘physically’ wrong with me! I wrote my Affirmations for Grief & Trauma at that time and can still hear it in my voice when I listen to that meditation. Perhaps that one would help you.

I wish I could help more, the only other thing I can think of that might give you some clues would be my free Simple Guide To What Your Everyday Aches & Pains Really Mean or one of the more in depth books on that subject such as Feelings Buried Alive Never Die or The Secret Language of Your Body.

I hope that helps a little and wish you the very best of luck.
      Sincerely,
      Barbara
