All Consultations and Sessions are done via Skype. Emotional Freedom Technique Sessions are usually between an hour and an hour and a half long. Please allow two hours to allow yourself to relax for a little while after the session.
Do you have an urgent issue? One off short notice E.F.T. sessions are an ideal way to help you cope with the unexpected. A one off session can get you through or help you to prepare for an unexpected emotional upset, acute physical pain or allergy discomfort. When I receive your request I will schedule our session as soon as possible.
Our popular Three E.F.T. Sessions are ideal for chronic or acute pain or stressful life events. Three sessions are usually sufficient to identify and clear many of the emotional issues contributing to your pain or stress. After the third session you will be confident and competent enough to use E.F.T. for everyday issues and general aches and pains.
Six One to One E.F.T. Sessions are an ideal way to provide you with ongoing support and to work through more complex physical conditions, skin conditions, allergies and weight issues. You can choose to have them close to each other to support you through a particularly difficult time or spread them over a six month period.
