How Negative Emotions Affect Your Health

How Negative Emotions Affect Your Health

Many people are now aware that negative emotions, thoughts and beliefs create pain and dis-ease. What you may not know, is that there is a science behind where the effects will manifest in your body. It is based on foetal development of various areas of the brain and shows a very precise organ/brain/psyche/social connection. Every physical symptom of dis-ease can be traced back to the underlying experience that created the health issue.

It stands to reason therefore, that if our cells react and create their state of health from our thoughts and beliefs we can change their reaction and health by changing our thoughts!

All What Your Body Wants To Hear meditations are based on this premise.

I researched where the effects of particular emotions are likely to manifest and created statements to release those specific emotions. Those of you familiar with my work will know that every meditation ends by replacing the harmful emotions, thoughts and beliefs with positive, healthy and appropriate positive affirmations. This alllows the specific area you are working on to heal.

Spreading the message that your body is NOT your enemy, it is always, always, giving you a message and doing the very best it can to support you is my passion! It is a huge part of my life’s work and in service to that work I have published transcripts of all my mediations. They are given freely for everyone to use, read, tap along to and share.

To find the transcripts, simply click the appropriate drop down menu above. It is my greatest wish that you will come to see your body as the friend it truly is.

Love,

Barbara

it is important to remember to replace harmful emotions with good ones. Easy to dwell on bad emotions and let them linger doing harm til you let go and replace them.
    thank you for your affirmations!

      Hi Jennifer,
Oh yes, clear them out, clear them out! I know many people advocate going straight into positive affirmations. In my experience this doesn’t work for many people, as their subconscious comes up with what Gary Craig of E.F.T. calls “tail enders” or “yes buts”. As the subconscious is so much more powerful than the conscious mind, if it doesn’t believe what you are affirming, the affirmations will be at best ineffectual and at worst you may be affirming a negative that your subconscious believes! In my E.F.T. practice I came across clients who felt worse after trying and “failing” with affirmations and that is the very last thing I’d ever want to see. People carry enough emotional “baggage” without adding anymore perceived “failings” to them.

I am delighted you are enjoying my affirmations and thank you so much for your comment.
      Love,
      Barbara
