    As much as spiritual teachings over the years have stressed the power of our words and thoughts, many folks still don’t get it. Your work is a clear and loving reminder of how powerful our thoughts and words are. We literally create all our experiences with that power.

      I know what you mean and it can be hard to change such deeply ingrained habits such as the way we talk to ourselves! I hope my work goes some way to help support people to become more consciously aware of their self-talk and how it affects their bodies and their lives.

    This is an ancient approach found in Jainism, to reach enlightenment and Nirvana. Less mystical and more westernized, pragmatic and a fast track to inner peace. Is not bad after all, a positive way of thinking will always be beneficial.
