Stressed Out?

There is no such thing as stress!  Given that millions of people suffer from the symptoms of stress and many seek medical help  and medication to deal with the debilitating results of living with stress. It sounds absurd to say stress does not exist, but it is true. If I asked you to fetch me a bucket of stress could you?

As Wayne Dyer says: “The truth is that there is no actual stress or anxiety in the world; it’s your thoughts that create these false beliefs. You can’t package stress, touch it, or see it”.

 

Although this thing called stress doesn’t exist, it certainly feels real and those feelings create painful symptoms.

 

The body is unable to tell the difference between real and imaginary events. When we focus on our fears it plays as much havoc with our hormones, heart rate, blood pressure and chemical balance as when we confront a dangerous situation in real life. Images may just be in your mind but they trigger an instant response in your body.

 

Release and replace fear-full thoughts and anxiety with peaceful, empowering and loving messages. The healing messages your body wants to hear!
