Did you know every single thought and feeling you have affects your body in some way? It’s easy to understand that when you remember how you felt when you first fell in love. Your brain was pumping out dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin and endorphins and you felt amazing! It’s a whole other story when we are stressed, angry, frustrated or sad. Stress hormones put our bodies into fight, flight or freeze which in turn puts a strain on our immune systems.

It’s not so much the events that happen in our lives that affect us, it is our response to those events that can lead to us holding on to negative emotions which in turn affect our bodies.

When we have a healthy, positive outlook and have healed old emotional traumas, we are better able to process and release everyday upsets.  On the other hand, if we have not dealt with old hurts, have negative self-talk on a loop in our minds and refuse to look at our internal issues, our bodies will let us know.

All our life experiences are stored in our subconscious minds and in the cells of our bodies. Unresolved emotional traumas will continue to make themselves known until we acknowledge and heal them.

Aches, pains and ‘accidents’ are your body’s way of letting you know you are carrying unresolved emotional issues. Now is the time to consciously release and heal them and bring inner-peace and comfort back into your life and your body. This can be a great learning experience if you remain present, listen and learn from the messages your body is sending you.

“For two days over the weekend just gone, I was in agony, I had severe pain in both sides of my neck and at the base of my skull, I thought it was due to a flare up of my fibromyalgia. So I put hot packs on my neck and took the max. dose of painkillers. I began to think I would have to see my chiropractor again!

Anyway like I told you in my last email I’d downloaded your meditations and it was that same night that I was guided to listen to your meditation on Grief & Trauma. I started to play it and as it continued I burst into tears and just kept sobbing….What a release!

I knew I was letting go of the Grief & Trauma that had been building up since my beloved husband passed over two years previous. And the things you mentioned on the meditation I really identified with and I was a little taken aback as I hadn’t realised I was holding onto such beliefs!

The vibrational cause has revealed itself! I had two incidences with a swollen ankle between July and October and I wanted to get to the vibrational cause at the time.
