Skin problems can be hard to live with. Endless flaking or itching, repeated outbreaks or eruptions affect every area of your life. Notoriously difficult to treat by conventional methods the real answer lies beneath. The real answer is that your skin is expressing your inner conflicts and emotions!

The good news is that you can clear and heal those emotions and your skin will then reflect your inner well-being.

Your skin is one of the largest and most remarkable organs of your body. It is waterproof, washable, elastic and self mending. It protects against water loss whilst allowing us to perspire, defends against infection and exposure to foreign substances and regulates our temperature.

It also reflects your inner world!

Depth of emotion surging through the body can erupt through the skin. The skin represents the boundary of our body. If our emotional and energetic boundaries are not healthy this may reflect in the condition of our skin. If you are irritated or if someone is “getting under your skin” should you be surprised that your skin becomes itchy or inflamed, angry and red?

If we feel under attack even even though we strive to show a polished veneer to the outer world, sooner or later our skin will come to our defence in the only way it knows how, by manifesting physical evidence, acne, redness, itching, hardening or flaky skin.

As with everything, our inner world is reflected in our outer world, it shows on our skin for all to see. As always the answer is to look within, spring clean your inner world and allow your skin space and peace to heal.

I love this series of apps. Barbara’s charming voice, both comforting and reassuring, gently guides the listener through a unique and powerful healing using her three-part affirmation sequence, comprising releasing statements, empowering questions and positive healing affirmations. The background music by Thaddeus is restful and perfectly complements Barbara’s voice. Each app concentrates on a specific emotional issue/part of the body, making them ideal for each person’s individual healing. I am finding Barbara’s affirmations life-enhancing. Using them daily I certainly feel I am shifting ‘stuck stuff’ and helping to restore a healthy energy flow. A high-quality recording which is very easy to use. The meditations are fantastic 🙂 you can adjust the music and voice loudness to your liking. The first two meditations are free. The rest are only 6 dollars download but well worth it. I use them daily and my health and finances are much better. If you love affirmations and relaxing music, these meditations are the best I have found. Give them a go!

Dear All,

I have decided to make all the transcripts to my guided meditations freely available. Many of them are already available on my website, just follow the links below. I intend to publish them all when time permits and hope they will be useful tools for tapping sessions or simply to read through as a reminder to send love and gratitude to your body.

I have completed the Grief & Trauma research and script and just have to get some quiet time to record it.

I have also started a new “What Your Body Wants To Hear” series for serious dis-eases. I am half way through a script for Rheumatoid Arthritis which will be followed by a guided meditation to help people cope with Fibromyalgia. Please get in touch if you have ideas or suggestions for other dis-eases you would like to see covered in this new series.

I also plan to launch a new service, personalised guided meditations tailored for your specific needs. This package will include two private consultations over Skype. I am really looking forward to launching this and working one to one with people again.

“The truth is that there is no actual stress or anxiety in the world; it’s your thoughts that create these false beliefs. You can’t package stress, touch it, or see it”. – Wayne Dyer.

Whilst I agree with Dr Dyer, feelings of stress and anxiety certainly feel real and they create physical symptoms.

The body is unable to tell the difference between real and imaginary events. When we focus on our fears, it plays as much havoc with our hormones and chemical imbalance as when we confront a dangerous situation in real life. Images may just be in your mind but they trigger an instant response in your body. Release and replace fear-full thoughts and anxiety with peaceful, empowering and loving messages. The stomach is generally where we store store fear and anxiety. That “stomach churning” sensation is often an indication of anxiety. We can also store acidic or corrosive emotions, such as anger or insecurity in our stomachs. This can result in acidic health conditions, when we just can’t stomach the situation any longer. Make peace with your stomach and you will be more able to enjoy more nourishment both from food and love.

Because our backs carry so much emotional issues for us, it is divided in to three parts.

The Upper Back

The upper back represents the reverse side of the heart; this is where we find fear, irritation, anger, resentment and frustration.

The Middle Back

The middle back holds the balance in the centre of the body; therefore it is connected to decision-making. Resentment can also be found in the middle back. The saying “I bent over backwards to help” relates to the middle back.

The Lower Back

The lower back is often where we store feelings of being unsupported, of the weight of responsibility. Issues of security, isolation, survival and self-support are often stored in the lower back.

The hips are often where we store fear of moving forward, of the direction our lives are taking or a general fear about our very survival. This in turn can cause us to hold on so tightly that we are immobilised. This recording will help you loosen up and move forward.

The knees are like shock absorbers, taking the strain between the weight of the body above and the ups and downs of the terrain below. When we can’t bear the load any more, the knees may start to react!

I could feel their energy but I wasn’t consciously aware of it until the script was complete.  If you are familiar with the film “Tuning In – Channelers in America”, Bashar, Tobias or Chief Joseph, you will recognise many of their wise words in this recording.  That, blended with the beautiful music from Thaddeus, an angelic being of light, channelled by Sanaya Roman, makes for a powerful meditative, healing experience.
