I am making all my meditation transcripts freely available, it’s just a case of getting time to publish them all.  Below is the Support Your Stomach script.

Emotionally speaking, the stomach is often misunderstood. It does a huge job for us and can often be sensitive. The stomach is generally where we store fear and anxiety.  That “stomach churning” sensation is often an indication of anxiety.  We can also store acidic or corrosive emotions, such as anger or insecurity in our stomachs. This can result in acidic health conditions, when we just can’t stomach the situation any longer.

I release any feelings of rejection I am carrying in my stomach!

I clear all the ways I am feeling so acidic!

I clear all the ways I am trying to swallow down painful emotions!

I release the belief that I am eaten up with worry!

I release the belief that I just can’t digest things!

I release and completely let go of the idea that I have a bad stomach. I now recognise that my stomach is doing the very best it can to support me!

Why do I feel so peaceful?

Why do I feel so loving?

Why do I feel so accepting?

Why do I feel so safe?

Why do I feel so reassured now?

Why do I feel so forgiving now?

Why do I feel so allowing?

Why do I feel so supported?

Why do I feel worthy now??

Why is it safe now for me to enjoy going with the flow?

Why is it so ease to digest with ease?

Why do I no longer carry that old corrosive stuff anymore?

Why do I feel so calm and centred now?

Why was it so easy to forgive the past and go with the flow?

My stomach easily digests and absorbs all the nourishment and love I need!

I have a healthy digestive system!

I receive and give, easily and effortlessly!

I am content, peaceful and fullfilled!

Nothing “eats me up” anymore!

It is easy for me to express and release my emotions!

I no longer try to “swallow down” indigestible emotions”!

It was easy and safe to stop holding on and to let go of everything that no longer serves me!

I let go and move forward, I am free!

I am safe and secure!

I am loved and supported!

I lovingly allow love, joy and good health to flow through my mind and body!

My stomach is peaceful, calm and healthy!

My stomach supports me easily and effortlessly!

I no longer store acidic thoughts or emotions in my stomach!

I am safe and loved and totally supported!

It is safe to embrace change!

I let go of control. I trust and go with the flow!

I deserve to be pain free!

I am accepting, peaceful and loving!

I no longer carry any responsibilities that are not mine!

I willingly release the past, it is safe for me to let you. I am free!

I am thriving!

I am healthy!

I am strong and fit!

I love this new feeling of peaceful freedom!

I relax and let go of the pressure!

I am worthy and loved!

I am trusting, reassured and secure!

I am peaceful, forgiving and loving!

My self esteem and confidence are soaring now!

Whilst I agree with Dr Dyer, feelings of stress and anxiety certainly feel real and they create physical symptoms.

The body is unable to tell the difference between real and imaginary events. When we focus on our fears, it plays as much havoc with our hormones and chemical imbalance as when we confront a dangerous situation in real life. Images may just be in your mind but they trigger an instant response in your body. Release and replace fear-full thoughts and anxiety with peaceful, empowering and loving messages. Because our backs carry so much emotional issues for us, it is divided in to three parts.

The Upper Back

The upper back represents the reverse side of the heart; this is where we find fear, irritation, anger, resentment and frustration.

The Middle Back

The middle back holds the balance in the centre of the body; therefore it is connected to decision-making. Resentment can also be found in the middle back. The saying “I bent over backwards to help” relates to the middle back.

The Lower Back

The lower back is often where we store feelings of being unsupported, of the weight of responsibility. Issues of security, isolation, survival and self-support are often stored in the lower back.

The hips are often where we store fear of moving forward, of the direction our lives are taking or a general fear about our very survival. This in turn can cause us to hold on so tightly that we are immobilised. This recording will help you loosen up and move forward.

The knees are like shock absorbers, taking the strain between the weight of the body above and the ups and downs of the terrain below. When we can’t bear the load any more, the knees may start to react!
