I have decided to make all the transcripts to my guided meditations freely available. Many of them are already available on my website, just follow the links below. I intend to publish them all when time permits and hope they will be useful tools for tapping sessions or simply to read through as a reminder to send love and gratitude to your body.
I have completed the Grief & Trauma research and script and just have to get some quiet time to record it.

I have also started a new “What Your Body Wants To Hear” series for serious dis-eases. I am half way through a script for Rheumatoid Arthritis which will be followed by a guided meditation to help people cope with Fibromyalgia. Please get in touch if you have ideas or suggestions for other dis-eases you would like to see covered in this new series.
I also plan to launch a new service, personalised guided meditations tailored for your specific needs. This package will include two private consultations over Skype. I am really looking forward to launching this and working one to one with people again.

Whilst I agree with Dr Dyer, feelings of stress and anxiety certainly feel real and they create physical symptoms.

When we focus on our fears, it plays as much havoc with our hormones and chemical imbalance as when we confront a dangerous situation in real life. The Support Your Heart recording is one of my favourites. It is strongly focused on love. The heart is after all, the centre of our love and security. This recording leaves you feeling loved and loving, and helps you access the love your heart has for you.

The stomach is generally where we store store fear and anxiety. That “stomach churning” sensation is often an indication of anxiety. We can also store acidic or corrosive emotions, such as anger or insecurity in our stomachs. This can result in acidic health conditions, when we just can’t stomach the situation any longer. Make peace with your stomach and you will be more able to enjoy more nourishment both from food and love.

Because our backs carry so much emotional issues for us, it is divided in to three parts.
The Upper Back
The upper back represents the reverse side of the heart; this is where we find fear, irritation, anger, resentment and frustration.
The Middle Back
The middle back holds the balance in the centre of the body; therefore it is connected to decision-making. Resentment can also be found in the middle back. The saying “I bent over backwards to help” relates to the middle back.
The Lower Back
The lower back is often where we store feelings of being unsupported, of the weight of responsibility. Issues of security, isolation, survival and self-support are often stored in the lower back.

The hips are often where we store fear of moving forward, of the direction our lives are taking or a general fear about our very survival. This in turn can cause us to hold on so tightly that we are immobilised. This recording will help you loosen up and move forward.

The knees are like shock absorbers, taking the strain between the weight of the body above and the ups and downs of the terrain below. When we can’t bear the load any more, the knees may start to react!
